Runs 90 mins | Flat Rate $150

Includes meeting via video conferencing or phone. Runs 60 min. for each session. Sessions may be broken into 30 min. increments for phone calls as needed.

What to Expect
INTRODUCTION
Our first meeting is used to discern where you are in your process, what you are looking for and where you want to be. Don't know? That's fine. We will figure it out together.
MAKE A PLAN
Knowing where you want to go is a great start, but a plan to get there is necessary. We will take it one step at a time and adjust as your needs change. This is not one-size-fits-all. You are unique and so are your needs.
DO THE WORK
Work torwards recovery begins and you can experience changes in perception, outlook or even your day-to-day process. We will work together to make adjustments that continue to fit your growth needs.
